Intention-Infused Mala Making Workshop

You're invited to... Introduction to Mala Making.

Join us for an inspiring evening as we embrace our inner artist while designing your very own Mala.

A Mala is a garland of 108 beads often used in meditation to increase focus, enhance spiritual vibrations of intention, and as protection from noise and negative energy. Ideal in an environment of daily stresses and distractions - and they’re beautiful when worn as a necklace or wrapped around your wrist as a bracelet. Fashion meets function at its spiritual best!

In this workshop, you'll learn more about the meaning of Malas, setting intentions, and how to use your Mala in meditation. Infused with your radiant energy and intention, your Mala can be a powerful tool for personal transformation, empowerment and mindful living.

Come solo or bring a friend - with an open mind and open heart - and walk away with a a one-of-a-kind design that is personal and meaningful - a Mala that truly embodies your vibe. Great as a gift for a special friend too!

I am so excited to share this journey of joy and Mala making with you! xo

TESTIMONIALS

“Thanks so much for everything, Marissa! Everyone loved the Mala workshop and the yoga practice that you led. It was the first time that many of us had the opportunity to learn about what mala beads and mantras are and you did such a fantastic job at explaining everything to us. The sessions were very impactful for us as a team. We loved incorporating this wellness experience into our corporate retreat as it allowed us to reflect on ourselves personally. It brought our team closer together and I loved that we had an opportunity to discuss why we wanted to bring meditation into our daily lives (something that we normally don't talk about at the office). This experience went beyond our expectations. Thanks for your energy and thoughtfulness in everything!” ~ Carmen Tsang, Founder, Catch Media Lab (on a Corporate Visioning Retreat)
