Join us for an evening of fun as we embrace our inner artist while making our very own Mala.
Not only are they beautiful worn as a necklace or wrapped around your wrist as a bracelet, a Mala is a garland of 108 beads often used in meditation to increase focus, enhance spiritual vibrations of intention, and as protection from noise and negative energy - ideal in an environment of daily stresses and distractions. Fashion meets function at its spiritual best!
In this workshop, you'll learn more about the meaning of Malas, setting intentions, and how to use your Mala in meditation (with an intro to mantras). Infused with your radiant energy and intention, your Mala can be a powerful tool for personal transformation, empowerment and mindful living.
